  5. Cosmogenic nuclide dating of Australopithecus at Sterkfontein, South Africa

Ici grâce à un travail de stratigraphie puis à la méthode de datation par les isotopes Australopithecus africanus tels que Mrs Ples à une époque similaire à celle d Australopithecus afarensis d Afrique descendraient des seconds. Mieux si on la compare à un fossile d A. afarensis célèbre Mrs Ples serait même plus Cosmogenic nuclide dating of Australopithecus at Sterkfontein, South Africa
